CCS will keep customer information for the purposes of warranties, billing, or other absolutely necessary reason. We will not sell your personal information; we will not keep it to target you for marketing in the future.

CCS will purge your personal information from our files as soon as possible, once it is no longer needed.

In the course of dealing with computer repair or networks, CCS may have to look through files on your computers or wireless access points. CCS is not the police. What is on your computer is your business.

CCS will sometimes need to know passwords and other information when logging on to computers, or setting up networks. CCS will leave instructions on how to change those passwords, so that the computers/networks are no longer accessible to CCS after work is completed.
